In this paper, from experience, such as the Great East Japan Earthquake and power-saving last year, BCP (Business Continuity Plan) is reclassified to "recovery operation type" and "control operation type", and in accordance with the reclassification "BCP type telework" is presented. In addition, BCP type telework is classified to "disaster recovery type", "infectious diseases type", and "power-saving type", and cases focusing on power-saving last summer try to be analyzed. As a result, the difference between traditional telework and power-saving type telework is "emergency and emergency response", "top-down", "middle-large-scale", and "company-side sharing and effort", and it could be confirmed that BCP type telework by corporate initiative brought the improvement of work-life balance as a side effect. These results could suggest that BCP type telework and power-saving type telework will be the new effective measures to introduce telework in the future.
