  Background Simulated education is focused by field of Geriatric nursing education in recently. Moreover, it’s so systematic education of simulation of Souse Korean basically. Therefore, we have invited Ph.D. Kim So Ok who was Professor of Psychiatric nursing and Dean of Nursing Department of Ulsan University to Japanese University to give a lecture about simulated education on December, 2019 and 2021. Purpose The present study aimed to reveal suggestions for geriatric nursing of Korean simulation education considered by nursing students by conducting a text- date mining analysis. Methods We got text data about effects of Korean simulation education from 194 nursing students in order to evaluate effect of special class of Ph.D. Kim. As result, these text date have led to interesting finding by text-date mining analysis of Trend Search by Fujitsu. The analysis provided a conceptual map of related words, with the strength of the relationship reflected in the thickness of lines and the distance between them. Ethical consideration: These text- data was Approved by ethics committee of Kagawa University. The authors declare no conflicts of interest associated with this manuscript. Results and Conclusions The search identified text data from 194 nursing students. Important keywords was 400 words by text data. Mapping yielded the center of wedges of [Can study] with five wedges [by myself-work on-subjective-study-], [simulate-assessments-exercises], [Skills- knowledge, nursing-patients-failure], [Ability- improvement, communications-students-safety-environment], [clinical, problem solving]. Therefore, Suggestions for Geriatric Nursing has shown by perceptions of Nursing Students of effects of Korean simulated education.

  本研究は在宅認知症高齢者の主介護者を対象に介護感動経験プロセスを主介護者や認知症高齢者、訪問看護師の相互作用から分析し、主介護者がもつ介護継続の力とその力を支える支援のあり方を解明することを目的とする。今年度は、第1段階である文献検討を行った。まず、令和2年12月に日本看護科学学会学術集会において示説発表した「在宅で暮らす認知症高齢者の言動に対する家族介護者の思いや対応に関する文献レビュー」のデータの再分析を行った。その結果、家族介護者は、在宅認知症高齢者の言動により対応の難しさや後悔・自責感・我慢などのさまざまなネガティブな感情を抱いていた。しかし、介護を継続していくなかで、認知症高齢者に対する想いや認知症高齢者の言動を尊重する思いが出現していく心理過程を経ていた。この結果を参考に、在宅認知症高齢者の主介護者の介護経験に関する文献検討を医学中央雑誌WEB版Ver.5を用いて行った。現在は、該当文献（23件）の収集を終え、データ内容を分析しており、結果を第2段階に向けた一助とする予定である。また、次年度実施予定である主介護者や訪問看護の介護状況に関するフィールドワークや主介護者へのインタビューに向けて、COVID19感染対策を踏まえた研究計画書の内容を検討している段階である。

  韓国では、看護教育にシミュレーション教育を系統的に活用し、看護基礎教育から臨床実践能力向上に取り組んでいる。韓国蔚山市にある蔚山科学大学においてもシミュレーション教育を活用した看護教育がお行われており、元蔚山科学大学精神看護学教授KimSoOk先生に、講演会を依頼しその講演会を聴講した日本人看護学生の学びをテキストデータマイニングにて分析している。
• 臨床的思考力を育むICTを活用した学習システムの構築－技術・思考・実践の連動－

  臨床実践能力の１つである患者の安全を担保する観察技術を焦点に、実習導入へのプレ実習を、バーチャル体験できるM Rシステム上（White Room）でゴールドメソッドを活用した教材を作成・展開し、実証実験を実施した。用いた教材は、臨床家の認識を追体験することが実践家になる最短と考え、看護のプロフェッショナルの認識を顕在化した池上のゴールドメソッドを基盤にし、研究者の臨床での実体験をもとに教材を開発した。コロナ禍においても、いつでもどこでも参加可能にするバーチャル空間の活用が必須と考え、学内でも家庭でも同じ空間で体験・話し合いができるシステムとして、MRによる会議システムを活用した。教育効果は、学習目標の達成・動機づけの観点から評価した。現在、評価内容を分析中であり、2022年度に関連学会にて発表予定である。
• Development of educational materials for computational intelligence technology-based dementia care using a Korean simulation model

  2019,2020年度研究実績 倫理審査会に研究計画書を申請し承認された。そして、研究協力者である元蔚山科学大学看護学科長・精神看護学教授Kim So Ok先生を講師に、T大学看護学科2回生、O大学看護学科2回生を対象に講演会「韓国の看護教育におけるシミュレーション教育」を開催した。参加者は、T大学では85名、O大学では80名の計162名だった。そして、参加者の感想レポートより「韓国のシミュレーション教育の目的と効果」について記述で回答してもらい、そのテキストデータを富士通トレンドサーチにてテキストデータマイニング分析を行った。その結果、韓国のシミュレーション教育の効果は、コミュニケーション能力や学生が主体的に取り組むことができることであり、それは安全な環境下でシミュレーションによる知識や技術演習、そして課題解決をアセスメントし失敗も学ぶことができるという内容であることが示唆された。
  2021年度研究実績 2020,2021年COVID-19の影響で研究者は韓国へ渡航できなかったため、2021年2月2日K大学、同日O大学をZoomで中継し、元蔚山科学大学（韓国）看護学科長Kim So Ok先生講師「韓国の看護教育におけるシミュレーション教育」を開催した。Ｋ大学では58名、Ｏ大学では64名の計122名の参加を得た。また12月21日、同様に講演会を開催しＫ大学58名、Ｏ大学65名の計123名の参加を得た。これより、計3回の講演会で感想レポートを提出された2022年1月時点で20歳以上の計407名より感想レポートを得ることができた。今後は、計407名の感想レポートをテキストデータに変換し、富士通トレンドサーチにて韓国のシミュレーション教育の効果をテキストデータマイニングにて明らかにする予定である。
• 運転適性相談員が高齢運転者の免許更新/返納選択の意思決定を支援するプロセスの構造

  本研究は、わが国の安全運転相談員の現況を調査し、高齢運転者の意思決定を支援するプロセスにおいて効果的に関与した相談スキルを明らかにすることを目的とした。研究デザインは探索的質的研究法を用いた。研究プロセスは、【フェーズ１】【フェーズ２】からなる。【フェーズ１】では、全国の安全運転相談窓口で従事する相談員に対し、郵送による質問紙調査を行った。高齢運転者の意思決定支援プロセスに効果的に関与していた場面の記述内容について、KH Coder (Ver.3)によるText Miningを行った。132人から有効回答を得た。相談員は、警察官71人、警察職員34人、看護師28人などであった。自由記述から、447文、10,192語句を抽出した。頻出語は、「当事者」257件、「自主返納」162件、「家族」155件などであった。共起ネットワークによって抽出された8つのサブグラフを生成する語句については、Krippendorffの内容分析技法であるkeyword in contextコンコーダンスを用いて文脈を確認し命名した。意思決定支援に効果的に関与した相談スキルとして、【当事者の意思を尊重する】【当事者・家族の話を傾聴し共感する】【当事者の立場で思考する】【判断材料として客観的データを提示する】【MCI・認知症者にメリットを提示し自主返納を説得する】【運転事故事例を提示し理解を得る】【当事者の不安を理解し納得を得る】【地域包括支援センターと連携・協働する】とそれぞれの相談スキルの関連要素が明らかとなった。【フェーズ２】では、【フェーズ１】参加者の中からインタビュー調査参加への同意を得た23人のうち11人にインタビュー調査を実施した。
• 地域で生活する災害弱者の災害時の備えの在り方と支援システム構築

  災害対策は、地域に住む人が自らの特性にあわせ、其々に準備することが重要であると考える。本研究では、難病患者に焦点を当て、患者が災害準備をするにあたり、その疾患の特徴に応じた自主的な対応を支援するシステムとして、地縁コミュティ、患者会の役割を期待し、その支援のあり方への示唆を得ることを目的としている。 主な調査の目的及び計画は以下の３点である。１）一般社団法人日本難病・疾病団体協議会に加盟する団体に依頼し、アンケート調査を実施し、難病患者の災害準備を支援するソーシャルサポートとしての国内の患者会活動の現状を明らかにする。２）難病患者はじめ災害弱者のとらえる、災害準備および被災時に予想される困りごと、現在の準備状態から、各疾患特有の課題、共通点を明らかにする。３）地域のサロン等に参加する高齢者を対象に地縁・地域包括支援センターに支えられると考えられる高齢者の支援と比較し自助・互助を自身の災害準備の実際、そして地域支援取り組みの特徴、特に強みを明らかにする。 平成30年度は、地域高齢者への防災対策の取り組みの実態について文献検討、県内の地域包括支援センター地域ケア会議等に参加し、メンバーからの地域の概要、地域づくり、災害・防災対策についての情報収集、調査協力依頼を行った。また、難病患者を中心に疾患を持ちながら地域で生活する患者、高齢者の災害対策支援について、また、自身の災害準備、サポートについて文献検討を実施し、調査内容（アンケート用紙、インタビュー調査）の検討を行った。
• Development of an intelligent selection method for reminiscence contents in dementia care

  The purpose of this study is to develop an artificial intelligence system that does not rely only on the experience of the caregivers who selects useful presentation contents used in the reminiscence method for dementia patients to stabilize mental status and improve cognitive function (Butler R N,1963). In this study, we improved with an artificial intelligence technique that reproduced the method of content selection that has been performed by the experts of practical reminiscence. We adopted information recommendation as an algorithmic method and worked on creating an information infrastructure for robots to present contents. Furthermore, the information recommendation algorithm selects an appropriate recollection content from our content database, and we have automated the flow in which the robot presents the selected contents.

  The present study aimed to examine an effective program using serious educational games for stimulating elderly patients with INPH dementia. First stage: We reveal care for elderly patients with INPH dementia Nursing Japanese research trends in by conducting databank of IGAKU CYUOU ZASHI. Second stage: A scenario for an educational program was created by reviewing results from the first stage. Third stage: Software for serious games targeting elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease and INPH dementia was developed based on the scenario from the second stage. Forth stage: The developed software was evaluated among nurses, caregivers, and nursing students. As a result, a significant effect was observed in nurses and caregivers, but not in nursing students. These results suggest the need to continue research to validate the effect of serious game software for elderly patients with dementia.
• Evaluation of effects of the usefulness of nursing intervention in the psychiatric clinical examinations for senile patients

  Psychological examination using imaging techniques such as MRI and CT are frequently employed as a diagnostic aid, because the senile patients suffering from mental diseases may have physical complications. However, the examinations themselves possibly become heavy burden, and may often become new stress factors and anxiety. In this study, using NIRS we investigated brain activity of the patients before and after medical examinations. At the same time, using temporary mood scale (TMS), we analyzed psychological characteristics, stress situation and anxiety of subjects before and after the examination. Thereby, we aimed to construct a database for examined the usefulness of nursing interventions and improve nursing counseling skills for elderly patients. Although changes in NIRS signals qualitatively reflected results of the TMS questionnaire, no significant difference was obtained.
• Development of a serious game for the education of senile dementia care using computational intelligence techniques

  For the purpose of efficiently and effectively learning the dementia care that exposes a variety of pathological and peripheral symptoms, we have applied serious game to develop a dementia care educational material. The developed serious game has the following features: 1) The learner plays a role of a rookie nurse in the game. He/she have a series of conversations with an elderly people with dementia, during which a care must be selected according to the peripheral symptoms of the dementia. Depending on the selected care, the following scenes are determined. The final reaction of the dementia patient is determined. Furthermore, the developed serious game describes knowledge of the dementia care from the doctor character in the end of the game. 2) After completing the experience of the serious game, the learner is able to check the knowledge of dementia by related questions. Windows, Android, and Web application are available for the learning.

  本研究では座位姿勢援助と脳活動との関係について検証を行った。研究1では、健康高齢者を対象とした。その結果、ベッド上座位では大脳の活性化は少ないことが示された。研究2では、介護老人福祉施設入居者を対象として、ベッド上での座位と椅子での座位の検証を行った。その結果、椅子での座位にのみ有意な脳活性が認められた。これらより、大脳を活性化させる看護援助は、ベッド上よりも椅子での座位が効果的であることが示唆された。

  研究目的は、重度認知症高齢者の基本的な生活支援技術を明らかにして、その研修プログラムを開発し、重度認知症高齢者のQOLの向上を図ることであり、目的達成のために重度認知症高齢者を対象とした2カ月間の小集団回想法、6カ月間の手織りプログラム、5週間の生活支援技術に関する介入、及び国内外の看護職等への面接調査を通じて重度認知症高齢者への日常生活支援技術研修プログラムを作成し、複数回の研修を実施しそのプログラムが有効であることを評価した。

• Development and Evaluation of a Training Program for High-Quality Care for Elderly People with Severe Cognitive Disorders

  【Purpose】 Watch the expression and behavior of the demented elderly by use of Video record, and clarify the care method to encourage positive expressions and reduce negative expressions. 【Method】 Expressions and behavior of 27 demented elderly residents in the group home were recorded by audiovisual camera. Recording was made for 12 hours a day, divided into 6 sessions (one session 2 hours), 10 minutes for one person, having one hour in one day. It was done three days a month for the period of six months. Data analysis was done by using one zero sampling method and QOL scales, etc. 【Result】 Total 342 hours of collected data included 252 hours of social mutual reaction scenes with others and 90 hours of expression data, showing remarkable changes in response to the types of care. 【Conclusion】 The elderly with dementia are 'giving us various signs even though they have cognitive disorders, and care givers should be able to judge if the care is appropriate or not and improve the quality of care through careful observation of the behavior and expression of the elderly. 1 Notice the sign of emotional response that is peculiar to the person and try to take action at -1 level. 2 To notice the peculiar sign, key point is to watch the finger movement even for the slight move. 3 Peculiar sign can be seen in daily living behavior and can be noticed in everyday care. 4 Share the sign and record it to improve the quality of care in the future. 5 Even in the case of serious dementia, there is the ability of +3 level. Trust it in giving care. 6 To take appropriate action is difficult for -2 level and extremely difficult for -3 level. 7 Accumulation of practical care is the key to upgrade the quality of care for the demented elderly people.
