    本研究は、香川県内の小・中学校を対象とし、各学校で実施されている体力向上施策について、１）「各施策は体力向上に対してどの程度の効果（効果量）を持つのか」、２）「なぜ各施策は体力向上を促進するのか」といった問いに対して、学術的な効果量及びその効果の推定メカニズムを明らかにした上で、データに基づいた明確な回答を全国に向けて発信することを目的としていた。 研究2年目である本年は、昨年度調査した結果、効果量の大きかった施策の実施方法について、他の学校への普及可能性などに基づき体力テスト成績の良好な香川県内の小中学校を訪問し、各施策をどのような状況で実施しているのかについての情報収集を予定していたが、コロナ禍により、学校訪問ができず、実質的な研究活動が困難となったことから、全国学力調査及び体力テストにおいて、全国的に上位の成績を継続している都道府県の中で、訪問を認められた秋田県教育委員会に訪問し、特に体力向上施策について意見交換をした結果、重要な情報と示唆を得ることができた。その意見交換により、教育委員会と現場の体育の授業や体力向上に関する日常的な情報共有の連携と小中学校の教員の相互交流の充実が明らかになった。 本年度の実績結果を受けて、来年度以降、体力向上を促進する施策の実地調査を加味した実践を通じたメカニズムの推定を試みる予定である。
  • Estimating occurrence factor of sarcopenia by supersonic wave image brightness at the time of the relaxation and contraction of skeletal muscle.

    Recent years, sarcopenia of an elderly person becomes the social problem. A purpose of this study is to search for an occurrence factor of sarcopenia from the internal structure of the skeletal muscle and a change of the internal structure at the time of the muscular relaxation and contraction. I assumed university student man and woman a subject. And then, I photographed a supersonic wave image at the time of the muscular strength display of the tibialis anterior muscle. In addition, I checked a brightness change and the change of the elastography level. Correlation with the muscular strength was higher in an elastography level than the brightness mean, and possibility to estimate the muscular strength display and maximum muscular strength was suggested.In addition, the possibility of the future sarcopenia estimate by the brightness rate of change was shown because a woman was higher in the brightness mean than a man, and a brightness change with the muscular contraction was small.
  • 生活学科・養護教諭養成課程短期大学生の保健学習への意識と取り組みに関する研究

    兼職発令により，養護教諭が教壇に立つ機会が，増加することが予想される中，養護教諭としての職務との兼ね合いのなかで，保健学習に対する意識が養成課程において定着しているかどうかが，養護教諭として就職した後に，保健学習に積極的に取り組む意志に繋がるかどうかに関連していると思われる。本研究では養成課程在学の学生が教科指導法のおよび教育実習（保健）をとおして，保健学習への取組意欲がどのように変化するかについて検討する。
  • A Research Concerning on the Sustainable Community in the Age Of the Extremely Ageing Society

    The resulting point acquired in this research is the following: it is very important to build self-supporting system for everyday work and life of the aged people in the neighborhood community, that is, 'self-sustainability' and 'communality' of the people living there. We research and discuss a case of the Fukuyama City suburbs, where the population is decreasing and the aged people are rapidly increasing. Key word for regeneration of aging community is the 'work' of aged people who have retired from their business, as human resources to reconstruct the neighborhood community. We can see many experiments for reconstruction of community in Japan and UK. We analyzed them and find some kinds of patterns to reconstruct the aging neighborhood community.
  • 女子短期大学生の骨密度と運動習慣，食生活習慣の関連

    これからPeak Bone Massを迎える時期の短期大学生は，入学後の過密カリキュラムにより課外での運動機会が減少する傾向にある。入学当初の骨密度は，これまでの運動経験により差がみられるものの，入学後の運動機会の減少によりその差が，消失することが考えられる。また大学での教育課程における体育がその減少を食い止める効果があるのかを検討する。

    We have elucidated three-dimensional structure of the cardiac nerves which originate from sympathetic nerves and distribute to the heart, coursing cardiac arterial and venous gates, Furthermore, we have endeavored to clarify blood vessels coursing in the floor of urinary bladder ; umbilical fold, and in the farciform et round ligaments of liver. Clarification of vagus nerve branches, including cardiac branches, is not difficult, because these branches course only on or in the internal organs. Thereagainst, these sympathetic nerves originate from the sympathetic nerves never to the vertebral columun. Therefore, the cardiac nerves are very numerousness and complex form. Therefore, three-dimensional clarification of these cardiac nerves is very difficult. Especially, the anatomical area in human bodies is exceedingly large, including adipose. We have developed technology in order to stain nerves and vessels. Using this technology, we have clarified the structure of human cardiac nerves. According to these results, we have coached a doctoral student. This doctoral student has elucidated three-dimensional structure of nerves and arteries distributing to the heart in the musk shrew This research fining was inserted in Anat.Rec. Gastroenteral (13, 2007) Also, we make histological clarification, using electron microscope, and link up with academic researchers of the Molecular and Genetic Science. The result was inserted in Nature (Vol.446, 2007) We also coached master's student in order to clarigy arteries coursing in apex of the bladder, umbilicus, falciform ligament of liver ; round ligament of liver. This fruit of research was determined as graduation thesis in 2007. In all human donor bodies, using above noted research technology, we have first clarified arteries coursing from the abdominant wall to the liver, and existence of the allantoic stalk. We are providing to complete thesis.

    Researches of elucidation of form and structure of the sympathetic nerve distributed in the heart, that is, cardiac nerves were furthermore promoted. The cardiac nerves were found to arise numerous in number from very broad areas of the sympathetic trunk, communicating each other very numerously. Furthermore, their patterns or forms of running were much more complicated than those of the cardiac branches of the vagus nerve. As a result, clarification of features of these cardiac nerves are difficult than the cardiac branches of the vagus nerve. Inter alia, human examples applicable for researches are exceedingly large as those of other vertebrate and further more, they communicate each other and their coursing figures are much more complicated than those of the cardiac branches of the vagus nerve. Therefore, the complete clarification of human cardiac nerves are difficult article. In order to resolve this difficulty, we applied new specific technology. Using this technology, we are able to grease alcohol by using alcohol, stain nerves with arizarin red S, and to elucidate blood vessels in all experimental examples of humans and other vertebrates. In consequence, the cardiac nerves were found to arise from the sympathetic trunk in a wide area from the cervical until the lowest thoracic level, i.e., ThI0 (and further more ThI2) in human examples. Furthermore, the three-dimensional structures of human cadavers have been clarified fundamentally not only from the human anatomical point of view, but also comprehensively from the vertebrate comparative anatomy and embryology. We have been made presentations of these results in academic conferences (the 8^ Meeting of Japanese Research Society of Clinical Anatomy and the 16^ Meeting of Japanese Research Society of Periphera Nerve). Therewithal, the contribution manuscripts of the international science magazine concerning the form of the cardiac nerves and branches are being to retouched and corrected. The clarification of morphology and morphogenesis of the cardiac nerves are performed by using methods for whole embryo immunity staining in muskrats which are nearer human's form than the mouse and the rat for the form formation (doctor's course student's submitting thesis). These results of this research were presented in the 110th in Japanese Anatomy Association. Contribution to the international science magazine is also being prepared. The form of generation of the muskrat liver, clinical medicine meaning (Endoclinology 2004 : Anat.Enbryol. 2004) has been clarified. Furthermore, figures of the nerves innervating the levator palate muscle and mandibular nerve were elucidated (Clin Anat 2004 ; Surg Radiol Anat 2004). At the moment, we make exertions to advancing researches in order to analyze the intimate structures as well as morphogenesis of arteries, veins and nerves coursing in the falciform and teres hepatic ligaments and to clarify the morphological as well as functional relationships-of lymphatic vessel around the xiphoid process with the live in the human cadavers and also in muskrats. These structures and root meanings of these structures are being clarified from the embryological and clinical viewpoints, building up co-operation with clinical researchers. We are also making collaborative researches with doctors in order to open up new method of measurement, diagnosis and treatment of abnormal bones, and also the molecular and histochemical researches of genesis of head and neck muscles.
