To clarify the vulnerability of public health nursing subjects, i.e., vulnerability not as a single health disorder such as disease or loss of physical function, but as a complex health problem that has entered their daily lives, it is necessary to examine measures to provide integrated support activities. This research reports on the middle stage of the construction of the Marginal Care Model. Reviewing the literature and examining case studies, the concept of vulnerability was clarified, and the support for vulnerable subjects was discussed.
It is necessary to understand the vulnerability of the subject and the family and implement supportive and social interventions that promote personal and environmental coping skills and competence toward a healthy and quality life and support the development of the subject's own coping and resilience.
