    本研究は、学校において教師が行ういじめ認知・対応をより確かにするため、教師のいじめ認知・対応における個人差にかかわらずいじめの深刻度をモニタリングできる、定期的な調査や通報アプリなどと連動するモニタリングアプリを開発することを主な目的としている。 研究１では、適時・最少の質問への教師などの回答動向をふまえ、管理職等に警告を伝える、教師のいじめ深刻度認知支援のためのモニタリングアプリを開発する。初年度は、奈良県内での「いじめモニタリングシステム」（教師視点）の第一段階の試行を経て、第二段階へのステップとすることができた。具体的には、奈良県いじめ対策連絡協議会のバックアップを得てシステムを設計し、奈良県立教育研究所の支援のもと、五條市のある小学校で試行した。12月に小学校で説明会を行い、１月にその学校用の「気付きの共有のためのフォーム」「見守りの記録のためのフォーム」を作成し、使用を開始していただいた。 研究２は、教師のいじめ認知・対応の「温度差」に関する国際比較研究を行うものである。まず、様々な国際学会などにオンライン参加することによって、いじめ対策研究の最新の動向をおさえ、文献研究を通して今後の展開を構想した。さらに、国内で研究者と実践者の知見を交流する「いじめ対策における教師の役割と志」と題した連続セミナーを３つの科研グループの共催で行った。2022年１月には『いじめの傍観者研究の国際比較：いじめの構造解明に向けて』『ネット活用を含むいじめ対策に関する教員の認識と日常の取り組みについて』、同２月には、『「火事のメタファー」を用いた「いじめ」理解：ことばの分析を通した実践の試み』『小・中・高等学校における「教員間いじめ」に関する調査報告：教員社会は子どもたちよりも「いじめ」が多いのか？』というテーマで、質の高い発表と議論を行った。
  • 生徒のインターネット上の問題行動実態と学校の対応方針とのマッチングモデルの検証

    令和元年度・2年度に引き続き、高等学校生徒300名（1学年7学級）を対象に、令和元年度に作成した質問紙を用いた継続調査を行い、生徒のインターネット（以下、ネット）利用の実態について過年度調査から変化がないことを確認した。 特にネット上でのトラブル回避に向けた取り組みの一つとして広く実践されている家庭内ルール作りの実態とその影響を調査・分析した結果、約半数が家庭内ルールを実践しており、内9割がルールを遵守していた。特に多く挙げられた「フィルタリング機能の使用」について、その効果を検証したところ、「迷惑メールの受信」や「架空請求被害」については、利用者と非利用者との間に有意な違いは認められなかったが、不適切サイトへの意図しない接続被害については、被害経験数に有意な差が認められた。家庭内ルール実践には一定の有効性が認められるものの、学校を中心とした外部からの適切な利用と被害防止に向けた指導・支援も合わせて必要であることが確認された。調査対象校の教職員向けの校内研修会を実施し、生徒のネット上でのトラブルや被害の防止に向けた今後の取組について検討する機会も設けた。 コロナ禍にあって対面形式の研修会の実施が制限されたことから、「いじめ対策における教師の役割と志」と題したオンライン連続セミナーを企画し、3つの研究グループの共催で実施した。2022年１月に『いじめの傍観者研究の国際比較：いじめの構造解明に向けて』『ネット活用を含むいじめ対策に関する教員の認識と日常の取り組みについて』、同２月に、『「火事のメタファー」を用いた「いじめ」理解：ことばの分析を通した実践の試み』『小・中・高等学校における「教員間いじめ」に関する調査報告：教員社会は子どもたちよりも「いじめ」が多いのか？』というテーマで、いじめ・ネットいじめに関する教師の役割について研究者と実践者とが活発に知見交流した。

    平成30年度は、「いじめ免疫プログラム」および「スマホサミット」の学校や学級での個性的な実践について実践支援を行うなかで、評価のあり方を根本的に検討した。 １．「いじめ免疫プログラム」については、世田谷区教育委員会との協働で、試行実践を３つの小学校で行い、特に、低学年での実践に関しては新たな評価方法を模索した。その際、実践評価のための「いじめ免疫尺度」に関しては、世田谷区の夏季研修の機会に項目の検討を行い、さらに共同研究者との検討を経て原案を作成した。本尺度を用いての調査実施に関して、大阪教育大学の研究倫理審査委員会において承認された。平成30年度の試行実践と実践評価に関しては、2019年９月に日本大学文理学部（世田谷区）で行われる日本教育心理学会の自主シンポジウムでの発表を申請した。残った課題としては、「いじめ免疫プログラム」の３つのセッション（「見つける」「止める」「フォローする」）のうち、フォローすることで仕返しを予防するためのセッションに関しては、検討を重ねたものの、試行実践につなげることができなかった。 ２．「スマホサミット」に関しては、「OKAYAMAスマートフォンサミット2018」にて、小中高校生自身がスマホにどう関わるか議論し、対策するのを大学生が補助した。終了後の波及効果（grassroots activity）について、参加各校における拡がりを期待した。共同研究者２名が岡山スマホサミットを支援し、３名の研究者が中学校３校で参加生徒の学びに関して教員からの聴き取り調査を行った。その結果を、今後の調査に反映させる。 以上のように、世田谷区や岡山県での実践展開に貢献したという点で十分な意義はあったが、実践の完成、その評価手法や項目の確立には至っておらず、引き続き、改善が求められる。 論文等の執筆に関しては、予定通りに進めることができた。
  • The relationships between anonymous beliefs about the Internet and online deviant behaviors

    The aim of the study is to examine the relationships between the beliefs about anonymity on various online scenes where people conduct deviant behaviors, and the levels of moral disengagement in each scenes (tolerance of acts from a bystanders' point of view). Results revealed that abusive posting and comments about others on the online BBS and twitter was recognized as the most anonymous for both the perpetrators and the victims. As for the levels of moral disengagement, on the other hand, inappropriate postings by twitter was found to be the most likely to cause moral disengagement. Thus, it was speculated that the beliefs about anonymity on the Internet and moral disengagement caused by such beliefs could both make people engage online deviant behaviors.

    The problem of bullying is now worldwide and cannot be overlooked. In this study, we focus the role of emotions against the victims of bullying, especially the sense of schadenfreude and envy. Aiming to examine how these emotions affect their involvement in cyberbullying, we developed a scale to measure the levels of envy, and the Implicit Association Test (IAT) to measure the preference for involvement in bullying activities. Furthermore, we developed the Cultural-Emotional entangled process model which reveals the process of reducing the visibility of bullying at school through various cultural contexts including interdependence, power distance, and ordinariness.
  • Examination of psychological factors related to occurrence and response to cyberbullying

    This study aimed to examine various psychological factors related to occurrence and response to cyberbullying. The study focused on 1. the nature of cyberbullying, 2. risk perception of cyber-victimization, 3. anxiety for cyber-victimization, 4. beliefs of anonymity of internet, and 5. preventive attitudes to cyberbullying. Anonymous self-report questionnaire was applied to adolescents. The study revealed that the adolescents perceived the nature of cyberbullying very similar to that of traditional bullying. Those who had previous experiences of cyber-victimization reported higher levels of risk perception and anxiety for cyber-victimization. It is also revealed that both the high levels of risk perception and anxiety for cyber-victimization, in conjunction with low levels of anonymous beliefs, led to high levels of preventive attitudes to cyberbullying.
  • Life-long developmental study in the relationships between relational aggression and psycho-social adjustment

    In this study, eight researche including elementary school children,junior-high school & high school students, university students, and workers as participants were conducted. The purposes were, a. construction of multi-dimensional scales for relational aggression(RA) and to test their reliability and validity, b. to investigate the relationship between RA and psychological maladjustment such as psychological stress responses , and c. to investigate the relationship between RA and personality disorder tendencies such as psychopathy and narcissism. The researches revealed that RA is reliably and validly assessed as multidimensional construct, that high RA people tend to experience much psychological maladjustment than low RA people in every developmental stage, and that in antagonist's personality disorder tendencies. through the entire studies, the fact that RA is malicious behavior not only for children but also adults were found. One preventive educational program was developed.
