    本研究の主な目的は、大学体育授業における社会人基礎力の向上を促すリフレクションツールの開発と、その効果の検証である。社会人基礎力の3つの能力、前に踏み出す力（アクション）、考え抜く力（シンキング）、チームで働く力（チームワーク）について、大学体育授業で学修が特に期待される能力要素を反映し評価することができるルーブリックを作成し、スマートフォン等で手軽に評価できるアプリを開発し、大学体育授業への介入調査により社会人基礎力の学習過程における教育効果を検証する。
    2021年度は、社会人基礎力の3つの能力を反映し、評価することができるリフレクションツールとして、社会人基礎力ルーブリックの作成を行った。この社会人基礎力ルーブリックは、社会人基礎力の12の能力要素（主体性、働きかけ力、実行力、課題発見力、計画力、創造力、発信力、傾聴力、柔軟性、状況把握力、規律性、ストレスコントロール力）について、短時間（2～3分）で簡便に評価することが可能となっている。 社会人基礎力ルーブリックを大学授業で活用した際の教育効果を検討するため、大学授業への介入調査にむけて、人を対象とする研究倫理審査手続きを完了した。 予備介入調査を当初2021年度中に実施する予定であったが、COVID-19の感染拡大の影響等により、対象授業の多くが授業形態等の変更を余儀なくされたことなどから、同年度中の実施を見送ることとした。

    2021年度は, まず, 起居を支援する介助を対象に, 熟練介助者と未習熟介助者の支援動作について解析を行った. 解析では, モーションキャプチャ, 磁気式3次元位置計測装置, およびマイクなどを用いて, 介助者の上肢動作, 動作開始や発話のタイミングなどについての計測を行った. また, 被介助者については両肩の移動軌跡について計測を行った. この解析により, 熟練介助者と未習熟介助者とでは, 起居支援での上肢動作が異なっていることが示された. そこで, 熟練介助者による起居の支援動作に基づいて被介助者の両肩の軌跡を再現できる起居支援動作モデルの提案を行った. この動作モデルは移動距離に合わせて両肩の位置や姿勢を変化させるものであり, 動作時間や途中での停止時間などを自由に調整することが可能である. 次に, 接近を伴う手渡し動作についての解析を行った. 解析では, 手渡し側が受け取り側に接近し, 手渡す動作を対象として, 手渡し側の手部動作, 動作の開始や発話のタイミング, および視線方向などの計測を行った. この解析結果から多くの人は接近している間は相手の顔部や胸部を注視し, 手渡しのための手部動作の開始前に注視位置を相手の手部に移すことが示された. そこで, この視線の変更をモデル化し, 視線提示が可能な双腕のロボットに適用することで, 手渡しロボットシステムの構築を行った. そして, このロボットシステムを用いて, ロボットが人間に接近し, ものを手渡す場合での人に好まれるロボットの視線提示について官能評価実験を行った. その結果, ロボットから人への手渡し動作では, ロボットは人に接近中は胸部を注視し, 手部動作を開始する0.6秒前に胸部から手部へ視線を移す視線提示が多くの人に好まれることが示された. また, この視線提示は人同士の手渡し動作での視線と一致するものであった.

    2021年度は，多様な家族のワークライフバランス実現支援のための研究に取り組み，以下の成果を得た． ①家庭・仕事のワークの分析／課題抽出：2020年度までに収集した心（精神的ストレス）と体（ライフログ・作業）のデータの統計的分析を行った．心については，介護職従事者の職業性ストレス調査結果の共分散構造分析により，仕事のストレス要因および修飾要因（周囲の支援によるストレス緩和要因）とストレス反応の関係構造を明らかにした．体については，共働き夫婦の身体活動量等の分析により，支援の必要な課題（家庭のワークの多い妻または夫は，仕事中心の日の身体的負担が大きい等）を抽出した． ②支援モデルの設計／支援ツールの開発：技能伝承と職務設計の支援のために，使用可能な既存の支援ツール（手法やシステム等）を整理し，課題（作業環境や作業内容等）に対応する活用方法を検討した．新しい支援ツールとしては，仕事の成果物から技能の程度を予測する手法（溶接表面形状を用いた評価手法）や多様な労働者の職務設計のための歩行速度を考慮したオーダーピッキング作業における倉庫レイアウトの設計法を提案した．さらに，対面コミュニケーションにおける非言語行動（うなずき動作）の動作分析により，コミュニケーション円滑化のために必要な要因と支援策を検討した． ③情報収集／成果発表：得られた研究成果は，複数の論文誌に3編が掲載された．また，第23回（令和3年度）日本福祉工学会論文賞を受賞した．さらに，研究成果の一部は，国際会議（ICPR2021，ICIM2021）および国内学会（日本設備管理学会，日本ホスピタリティ・マネジメント学会学会）で発表した．特に，日本設備管理学会秋季研究発表大会では「SDG 3： Good health and well-being」のオーガナイズドセッションを組織し，国内の研究動向についての情報収集を行った．

    2021年度は，これまでの研究成果をもとに，データ活用による介護業務のマネジメント，新技術の介護サービスへの導入と活用，従業員満足度を高めるジョブデザインと技能伝承に関する研究を推進して，以下の成果を得た． ①介護業務のマネジメント：新型コロナウイルス療養者数へのオンデマンド流動数分析の適用と，介護職員のリハビリテーション業務を踏まえたデイサービス施設の設備レイアウト設計などについて．3編の論文を出版した． ②新技術の介護サービスへの導入と活用：デイサービス施設を対象としたコミュニケーションロボットを利用したレクリエーションについて，高齢者とロボットのインタラクションを分析した．その結果から，ロボットが高齢者へ適切に働きかけるようにレクリエーションプログラムを改良して，その効果を検証した．また，これまでに開発した言語障がい者の日常生活をサポートするアプリケーションについて，言語聴覚士など専門家の意見をもとに，障がいやリハビリテーションの状況，生活や周囲のサポートなどの環境を考慮して，機能やインタフェイスを改善して，その有用性やユーザビリティを評価した． ③従業員満足度を高めるジョブデザイン：北海道を事例とした，共分散構造分析による介護職従事者の職業性ストレス要因について，1編の論文を出版した． ④成果発表および情報収集：研究成果の一部を，ICPR2021，IIAI AAI 2021 Winter Congress, 日本経営工学会春季大会・秋季大会などで発表するとともに，国内外の研究動向について情報収集を行った．

    In order to make the world where women and men shine, we performed a study for achieving service systems to support work-life balance of them by a scientific approach using big-data technologies. We analyzed activity data of mothers with a baby and fathers taking care of their children by methods of the multivariate analysis and discussed requirements to improve work-life balance of mothers and fathers. In addition, we discussed current states and social issues of work-life balance in Japan and USA by analyzing stress factors of Japanese sojourners in American schools and other approaches.

    Population ageing is a critical problem in Japan. In this study, organization and management of healthcare delivery systems are investigated especially for elderly care. First, nursing process of healthcare workers in long-term care facilities is investigated and improved by the operation process analysis. The workload of healthcare workers are visualized by physical activity using an activity meter, and nursing tasks with higher physical activity are identified. The healthcare works are surveyed by Distance-Intensity (DI) value at an elderly day care facility, and the facility layout with proper healthcare tasks are proposed. In addition, a management system for elderly care and a support system of skill transfer are developed. From the results of this study, a suitable management system of healthcare delivery systems is discussed from the viewpoints of patient safety, home care, and flow efficiency.

    In this study, we investigated efficient methods of personnel training and created a system to aid in skill transfer in the manufacturing industry. We proposed two efficient personnel training methods. The first is a method to determine the skill level of workers based on product quality. We also created a system that can measure and analyze the body motion and eye movement of workers to elucidate the skills of experienced workers and facilitate the transfer of those skills to inexperienced workers, and we demonstrated its effectiveness. The second is a way of estimating work evaluation based on the results of a general occupation aptitude test taken by workers at the company doing the training.

    In Japan, there are social needs to support the childrearing generation. In this study, life log data of fathers and mothers are measured by a small-sized sensor. The measured data are analyzed by a time-series analysis. The analysis methods are discussed for life log data. In addition, psychological stress is analyzed for mothers. Including different living environments with individuals, chirearing activities are understood quantitatively. Childcare services are discussed for improvement of quality of life or alleviation of workloads on fathers, mothers, and their children.
  • Development of Skill Transfer Support System on Equipment Maintenance and Inspection

    In this research, we have developed a skill transfer support system on equipment maintenance and inspection. This system has two functions. The one is to record the force-data and visual-data during work. The other one is to support work training by replaying the recorded data. Moreover, this system supports the work of unskilled workers with skilled workers monitoring the situation in real time when they work over long distances. In order to verify the effectiveness of the developed system, we conducted operational tests in real manufacturing companies. By analyzing experimental results, we clarified that this system is useful to support to transfer skills from skilled workers to unskilled workers on the equipment maintenance and inspection.

    Advanced training/education has been developed to prevent accidents and losses in chemical plants. In the system, Accidents, Near miss database system, risk evaluation system are integrated as subsystems. Operation support subsystem is also integrated in the system. Operation support system indicates operation procedures to recover plant stats in case of abnormal condition. For testing the proposed system, the digital chemical plant has been developed, which is composed of dynamic simulator and virtual reality system.

    This research developed and systemized support technology for promoting the full use of aging workers in the manufacturing industry. During the period of the research, it developed a work analysis system using RFID and a work design support system in view of the work load. The research combined these systems with the skill analysis and training system that have separately been developed by the research representative and thus it systemized the technology for comprehensively supporting work design in view of the work load, and skill education.

    We made clear that skilled human performs motion symmetrically or repeatedly in work in 3 dimensional coordinates and 3 axis rotational angles measured by the developed apparatus by analyzing scenes from many cameras based on the image processing method, and in force and moment by the developed apparatus to measure by 6 axis force sensor attached to tool or object. And we developed the consulting method that skilled workers advice directly to unskilled workers who work in domestic or foreign factories under monitoring real time images sent by internet.

    製造業における中高齢者の活用を支援する手法の開発と実用化を行った。45歳から70歳の中高齢者を主たる対象とした。中高齢者が活用されるまでのプロセス全体を見渡し、手順を中高齢者の作業能力評価、作業域の設計および作業訓練区分して、それぞれの活動を支援する手法と装置を開発した。さらに、直接作業だけでなく、中高齢者の知識と経験を活用し、さらに若年者に伝承すること支援するための遠隔作業支援装置を開発した。
